Our custom production and White Label (branding) services are planned to launch in January 2027. Under these services, a sample will be prepared before mass production begins, and production will start once you have approved the sample.

Your products are inspected by our quality control team before being shipped to you. If any delivered products have manufacturing defects, are missing, or are defective, an exchange or refund will be provided. Products are prepared by sellers in accordance with the specifications stated on the product page and delivered to our Merter Operations Center. Our e-MERTER quality control team physically inspects the products, and those approved for shipment are sent to the buyer. If delivered products have manufacturing defects, are incomplete, or have other defects, please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy page for information about exchanges or refunds.
