A tax registration certificate, a copy of the Trade Registry Gazette, a signature circular, and verification of the company official's identity information are required.
All textile and garment manufacturers, producers, and wholesalers officially operating in Turkey and possessing a tax registration certificate and trade name can be sellers.
During the quality control process carried out at our Merter Operations Center, corrections or product replacements are requested for products that do not conform to the advertised product specifications or the approved sample. A return is requested for products that cannot be brought into compliance.
You can currently sell wholesale directly through the platform by listing your ready-to-sell, in-stock products.
Upcoming sales channels:
- White Label (Branding): You will be able to sell your ready-made products with the buyer’s own brand or label upon request.
- 1-to-1 Custom Production: You will be able to submit offers for custom production requests from buyers.
- Listing Auctions: You will be able to submit price offers for bulk purchase listings created by buyers.
Custom production and White Label services are coming soon. For these orders, buyers will not be able to cancel unilaterally after the approved stages; advance payments and production costs will be protected by contracts.
You must deliver the products to our Central Logistics and Collection Center located in Merter. The products are inspected by the e-MERTER quality control team and sent to the buyer after shipment approval is granted. International shipping and customs procedures are handled by e-MERTER.

Sales proceeds are transferred to your bank account after the order is delivered and invoicing is completed, according to the payment terms in the seller agreement.
e-MERTER helps you reach buyers who cannot visit Merter, creating new sales opportunities during the off-season.
Reminders sent to you before the off-season and special occasions such as Black Friday, along with campaigns created at your request and advertising activities, can increase your products’ visibility and help you generate new orders.

General Information (Buyers)
You can pay for your orders by credit card or bank transfer/EFT. Payment and fund transfer processes to the supplier are managed through e-MERTER’s secure payment infrastructure. For detailed information about the secure payment (escrow) system, which keeps payments under the platform’s protection until the order is completed, please contact us.
Our custom production and White Label (branding) services are planned to launch in January 2027. Under these services, a sample will be prepared before mass production begins, and production will start once you have approved the sample.
Your products are inspected by our quality control team before being shipped to you. If any delivered products have manufacturing defects, are missing, or are defective, an exchange or refund will be provided. For detailed information about application deadlines and conditions, please refer to the Cancellation and Return Policy page on our website.
Products are prepared by sellers in accordance with the specifications stated on the product page and delivered to our Merter Operations Center. Our e-MERTER quality control team physically inspects the products, and those approved for shipment are sent to the buyer. If delivered products have manufacturing defects, are incomplete, or have other defects, please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy page for information about exchanges or refunds.

Orders placed with different manufacturers are consolidated at our Central Logistics and Collection Center in Merter. The products are inspected by our e-MERTER quality control team and shipped to the buyer once shipment approval has been granted. International shipping and customs procedures are handled by e-MERTER.
Products are sold in sets (assortments), and the minimum order unit is one set. The contents and quantity of each set are specified on the relevant product page. For the custom production service, which is planned to launch in January 2027, minimum order quantities will be determined by each manufacturer.
Your orders are shipped either through e-MERTER’s contracted local shipping service or via a shipping company you have an agreement with. You can track your order status through the My Account page. Our customs clearance coordination and single tracking number service for international shipments will be launched soon.
Yes, registering as a buyer on e-MERTER is completely free. After registering, you can view wholesale prices and place orders.
